Key findings - Queensland

In Queensland, while there have been significant improvements in the proportion of households and small businesses satisfied with the value for money of their energy services, electricity costs remain the second top concern for households and small businesses and has become an increasing concern during the pandemic largely due to the need to be at home more often and the increased use of energy in that context.

A sizeable proportion of households and small businesses express interest in initiatives that upgrade home energy technology like solar power and batteries, as well as community initiatives to share energy. You can access all the results for Queensland below.
